基于自适应脉冲形成因子的超宽带脉冲波形设计

摘    要:针对各国不同的超宽带(ultra wide band,UWB)辐射掩蔽要求和传统脉冲设计方法的功率谱利用率低等问题,提出一种自适应脉冲形成因子的UWB脉冲波形设计方法。通过分析各阶高斯导脉冲函数特征选取前十一阶高斯导脉冲函数作为基函数,根据辐射掩蔽标准自适应的计算出各阶高斯导脉冲函数的脉冲形成因子。以最小均方误差(minimum mean square error,MMSE)为准则,采用迭代算法选取权重系数,并对其进行线性组合,以达到最优化脉冲波形的目的。仿真结果表明,所设计的脉冲功率谱最大限度的逼近美国联邦通信委员会(Federal Communications Commission,FCC)规定的辐射掩蔽标准,标准化有效信号辐射功率(normalized effective signal radiated power,NESP)为95. 23%,比传统最小二乘法(least squares method,LSE)频谱利用率高,且适用性强。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of different ultra wide band(UWB) radiation masking requirements and low power spectrum utilization efficiency of traditional pulse design methods, a UWB pulse waveform design method with adaptive pulse form factor is proposed. By analyzing the characteristics of each Gaussian pulse signal, the first eleven Gaussian derivative function are selected as the basis functions, and the pulse formation factors of each Gaussian function are calculated adaptively according to the radiation mask standard. Taking the Minimum mean square error(MMSE)as the criterion, an iterative algorithm is adopted to select the weight coefficients and linearly combine them to achieve the optimal pulse shape. The simulation results show that the designed pulse power spectrum approach maximally approximate 95.23% of the normalized effective signal radiated power (NESP) as compared with the standard of the United States Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Compared to the traditional least square method (LSE), the proposed approach has high spectral efficiency and applicability.
