摘    要:针对某轻型军用轮式越野车辆的减振需求,设计磁流变减振器(Magneto-rheological Damper, MRD)代替原被动减振器。以平板模型推导MRD阻尼力模型,讨论了结构参数对阻尼力和可调系数的影响。针对结构参数难以确定的问题,采用多目标遗传算法(Multi-objective Genetic Algorithm, MOGA)对参数进行优化,并通过磁场分析进行验证。对MRD进行性能试验,并利用最小二乘法对建立的MRD多项式模型进行校验。结果表明:可调阻尼力与可调系数间呈反比关系,利用MOGA可有效优化MRD结构参数,试验结果与设计值基本吻合,所建立的MRD模型与试验结果一致性较好。

Abstract:Aim at the needs of vibration attenuation of light military wheel cross-country vehicle, design magneto-rheological damper (MRD) to replace original passive damper. Deduce damp force model of MRD with flat model, discuss the influence of structure parameters on damp force and adjustable coefficient. Aim at the problem that the structure parameters is hard to ascertain, apply multi-objective genetic algorithm (MOGA) to optimize parameters, and verify through magnetic field analysis. Conduct performance test to MRD, and verify the MRD polynomial model built with least squares method. The result indicates that the relationship between adjustable damp force and adjustable coefficient is reverse proportion, the structure parameters can effectively be optimized by MOGA, the result tested by experiment is coincide with parameter designed, and the model of MRD built shares preferably consistency with result tested.
