摘    要:为了探讨铁尾矿大规模利用的新途径,以张家口地区铁尾矿为试验对象,通过无侧限抗压强度试验探究水泥改良铁尾矿强度特性。结果表明:水泥改良铁尾矿强度符合相关规范对二级及二级以下公路路面基层、底基层材料的强度要求;水泥改良铁尾矿强度特性与水泥土强度特性相同,其中水泥改良铁尾矿强度与水泥掺量或压实度关系可用幂函数表示,与养护龄期对数的关系可用线时性函数表示;基于试验结果提出一个反应水泥掺量和养护龄期对水泥改良铁尾矿强度影响规律的表征参数且水泥改良铁尾矿强度与表征参数近似呈幂函数关系。该表征参数可用于水泥改良铁尾矿强度预测,具有一定工程应用价值。

Abstract:In order to discussed the new method of large-scale iron tailings utilization, used Zhangjiakou area iron tailings as the research object, explore strength characteristics of cement stabilized iron tailings through unconfined compression strength test. The results show that: the strength of cement stabilized iron tailings meets the requirements of the relevant specifications for the base and subbase materials of the road surface under secondary and below level; the strength characteristics of cement stabilized iron tailings are the same as that of cement stabilized soil strength, the relationship between cement stabilized iron tailings strength and cement content or compaction degree can be expressed in power function, and the relationship with curing time logarithmic can be expressed in terms of linear function; increase cement content, increasing compaction degree and increase curing time all raise cement stabilized iron tailings strength; based on the experimental results, a characterization parameter of the effect of cement content and curing time on the strength of cement stabilized iron tailings was presented, cement stabilized iron tailings and characterization parameter are approximately power function. this characterization parameter can be used to predict the strength of iron tailings of cement stabilized, it has certain engineering application value
