摘    要:针对载体运动削弱旋转调制效果这一问题,提出了一种在旋转轴向冗余配置一枚与载体捷联的轴向陀螺,利用其敏感信息为电机提供反旋信息,从而隔离载体轴向运动的方法。利用中低精度MEMS器件,从惯性测量系统结构入手,突破传统旋转调制系统结构限制,设计了可自由旋转的单轴旋转式微惯导系统,并且解决了数据不同步的问题,实现了MIMU的自由旋转,补偿了系统安装误差角,进行了静态与动态导航试验,结果表明,该系统可有效实现旋转调制,在减小微惯导系统测量误差的同时,为后续深入开展旋转调制研究工作提供了硬件基础,具有一定的工程应用价值。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the carrier motion weakens the rotation modulation effect, this paper use a redundant axial gyro sensitive information to provide anti-rotation information for the motor, which is strapped to the carrier in the axial direction of rotation, thereby the axial movement of the carrier is isolated. This paper starts from the structure of the inertial measurement system, designs a single-axial rotary micro inertial measurement system by using the low-precision MEMS device.The system breaks the traditional rotation modulation system structure constraints and can be free to rotation. And solve the problem of data is not synchronized, to achieve the free rotation of MIMU, compensation for the system installation error angle, carried out static and dynamic navigation test.The results show that the system can effectively realize the rotation modulation.This system can not only reduce the measurement error of the micro inertial measurement system, but also provide the foundation for the further research on the rotation modulation research, which has certain engineering application value.
