摘    要:与普通混凝土类似,聚苯颗粒混凝土遇水有也表现出软化效应,导致强度和刚度参数下降,为此,基于饱水软化试验,对不同干密度聚苯颗粒混凝土饱水72小时后进行了强度试验,结果表明:聚苯颗粒混凝土的软化系数在0.8附近及其以上,接近于耐水性材料。饱水或干燥时,应变在1%~2%范围内时变形以弹性变形为主,且峰值强度在3%附近。当应变在2%以前,饱水前后应力-应变曲线较为接近,表明在弹性阶段饱水前后力学性质较为接近,2%应变以后,表现为峰值强度下降,割线模量降低。

Abstract:Polystyrene particles concrete is similar to ordinary concrete and the polystyrene particles concrete meets water also put up softening effect which leads to the decrease of strength and stiffness parameters. Therefor, based on the fullSwater softening test, the strength test was carried out for 72 hours after full of water with different dry density of polystyrene particles concrete, results show: the softening coefficient of polystyrene particles concrete in the vicinity of 0.8 and above close to water resistant material. When full water or dry, the deformation is mainly elastic deformation in the range of 1%~2%, and the peak value is near 3%.When the strain was 2% before the stress-strain curves of before and after the full water were close to. Indicate that mechanical properties is close in the elastic phase before and after saturation, when strain change 2%, showed that decreased of the peak intensity and the secant modulus.
