预应力箱梁桥日照温度效应的测试与分析

摘    要:为了预防日照引起的温度裂缝,有必要研究温度效应的数值模拟方法。根据广剁观音沙大桥的测试数据,建立横向坡度为4%的单室箱梁的温度分布与气温、相对湿度等气象因素之间的拟合公式,然后建立全桥悬臂浇筑施工期间的实体模型,分析桥梁的日照温度效应。并得到纵向预应力钢筋的准确模拟对结构纵向应变计算精度影响较大的结论。

Abstract:h is important to study on numerical simulation of temperature effect in order to prevent the thermal cracking under sunshine. Approximation formula between temperature distribution of single-cell box-girder with 4% single transverse gradient and ambient climatic conditions including air temperature, relative humidity is established based on the test results of Guanyinsha Bridge. Solar temperature effect of bridge is simulated by 3D solid model under cantilever casting construction. It is concluded that calculation results of longitudinal temperature strain are limited by the accuracy of numerical simulation of longitudinal prestressed reinforcement.
