ANSYS在螺纹发热仿真中的应用及试验验证

摘    要:在弹药拆卸的军工作业中,需要对螺纹连接的引信与传爆管旋卸时的温升进行准确的预测,从而提高旋卸工作的安全性。文中提出一种基于ANSYS的模拟螺纹旋卸时发热及温升的方法,通过仿真结果与试验结果的比较,确定螺纹的热生成率,从而准确地预测出螺纹在旋卸过程中的温升,提高了作业的安全性,为解决此类问题提供了一种新的方法和思路。

Abstract:During the work of unloading the ammunition,the temperature of fuses and boosters linked by screw thread is must predicted,by the means of improving the security of the unloading work.A method of simulating the temperature distribution is introduced during unloading the screw thread based on ANSYS,compared the result of FEM with the result of experimentation,confirm the heat generate of the screw thread,in order to predict the temperature during unloading.The method improves the security of unloading work and provides a new train of thoughts and a new method for such questions.
