黄曲霉毒素B1溶液的太赫兹时域光谱分析

摘    要:黄曲霉毒素的物理检测是目前国内外食品安全检测的一个研究热点。针对近红外和传感器方法检测精度差的问题,采用太赫兹时域光谱技术,研究了黄曲霉毒素B1溶液对太赫兹波的响应。首先根据B1溶液在不同频率范围内的光学参数(主要是折射率和吸收系数)的不同,对B1溶液的太赫兹光谱进行定性分析;再利用最小二乘支持向量机对其进行定量分析。实验和分析结果表明,利用太赫兹时域光谱技术能够对黄曲霉毒素B1溶液的不同浓度进行精确识别,为以后建立黄曲霉毒素太赫兹谱库和快速检测食品中的黄曲霉毒素提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The physical detection method to aflatoxin is a research hotspot in food safety testing. Targeting at poor accuracy of detection for Near Infrared and sensor, we adopted Terahertz wave (THz) as detection method, and studied spectral response of Afatoxin B1 to THz and its THz spectrum. First, according to the refractive index and absorption coefficient in different frequency ranges, a qualitative analysis was performed, and then a least squares support vector machine method was used to quantitative analysis. Experiments and analysis results show that using THz Time-domain Spectroscopy can identify the concentration of aflatoxin B1 precisely, which may supply the basis for rapid detection of aflatoxin in food.
