钻井工具偏角测量与控制系统设计与实现

摘    要:本文以高精度重力加速度传感器为基础,设计了用于测量钻头方位和偏角并提供纠偏信号的控制系统。系统由两个部分组成,一个用于测量,一个用于控制,采用双核方式并行工作。文中介绍了测量原理,硬件电路和软件工作思路,并分析了测量的误差与不确定度。

Abstract:This paper designed a control system, which based on gravity acceleration sensor, used to measure the drill orientation and declination and provide the correction signal. The system consists of two parts, one used to measurement, and the other is used to control, The dual-core parallel work has been adopted. In the paper, the details of the measurement principle, hardware circuit and software ideas were introduced.
