摘    要:高速铁路复合接触线的制造在我国尚属起步阶段。在采用先进的连续挤压包覆技术生产复合接触线时,钢丝的预热温度对产品的质量有重要的影响。在感应加热理论和热传导理论的基础上,建立了钢丝感应加热控制的数学模型,代入感应加热器的具体参数,用Matlab仿真对钢丝运行的在线加热建立了感应加热的控制模型,实施了复合接触线生产的钢丝连续运行感应加热的自动控制,在采用连续挤压包覆技术生产复合接触线上取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:The manufacturing of the compound contact wire used for high-speed railway of trains is developing in China. The temperature of steel wire affects the quality of the compound steel contact wire when it is produced with new craft of continuous extrusion. It is based on the theory of induction heating and heat conduction, establishes the mathematic model of temperature field of steel wire form control during the process of induction heating. It build up the control model of the heating which is based on parameters of the heating apparatus for the on-line heating of steel wire moving with simulation of Matlab. At the same time, it carries out the calculation and auto control of the heating respond of steel wire which is moving continuously. It also gets the good result.
