基于窄带物联网的电缆接头温度监测系统

摘    要:为及时准确的监测电缆接头实时温度,设计了一种基于窄带物联网(Narrow Band Internet of Things,NB-IoT)技术的电缆接头温度在线监测系统。系统结合嵌入式系统、NB-IoT通信和云平台技术。终端装置采用STM32单片机及传感器实时采集温度数据,通过硬件选型、电源管理电路设计及合理调整监测频率保证装置低功耗性能,并通过NB-IoT组网实现温度数据远程传输。系统后台监控中心部署于OneNET云平台,云端存储监测数据,通过PC或移动端发送HTTP请求的方式对云平台数据进行订阅,实时观测电缆接头温度状态。此外,为减小测量误差,采用SSA-BP神经网络模型对采集数据进行校正,达到高精度测量的目的。测试结果表明,该系统工作稳定可靠,具有功耗低、测量精度高的优点,能够实现电缆接头温度的实时监测。

Abstract:In order to monitor the real-time temperature of cable joint timely and accurately, an online monitoring system of cable joint temperature based on narrow band internet of things (NB-IoT) technology was designed. The system combines embedded system, NB-IoT communication and cloud platform technology. The terminal device adopts STM32 microcontroller and sensors to collect temperature data in real time, the low power consumption performance of the device is guaranteed by hardware selection, power management circuit design and reasonable adjustment of monitoring frequency, and the remote transmission of temperature data is realized by NB-IoT network. The background monitoring center of the system is deployed on the OneNET cloud platform, which stores monitoring data in the cloud and subscrires the data of the cloud platform by sending HTTP requests from PC or mobile terminal to observe the temperature status of cable joints in real time. In addition, in order to reduce the measurement error, SSA-BP neural network model is used to correct the collected data, so as to achieve the purpose of high precision measurement. The test results show that the system runs stably and reliably, has the advantages of low power consumption and high measurement accuracy, and can realize the real-time monitoring of cable joint temperature.
