船载测控天线结构振动监测系统设计与实现

摘    要:在分析船载测控天线结构特性及工作环境的基础上,通过设计结构振动监测系统来实现对船载测控天线状态信息进行数据采集处理,为专家系统判读船载测控天线健康状态提供科学依据。提出了一种多节点、远距离结构振动监测系统设计方案,并结合振动传感器选型、振动监测系统软件设计和硬件设计三方面对方案实现进行了研究。给出了结构振动监测系统的软硬件设计流程,为船载测控天线进行故障诊断和维修奠定理论基础。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the antenna structure and the work setting of Shipborne TT&C Radar,the status messages of Shipborne TT&C Radar was acquired by the structure vibration monitoring system,and it provided scientific basis for judging shipborne TT&C radar’s health by the expert system.The conceptual design of multimode and long-distance structure vibration monitoring system were proposed,and it made a study of selection of monitoring sensor,software and hardware designing of the vibration monitoring system,then the design flow for the structure vibration monitoring system is presented,it establishes the theory basis for fault diagnosis and repairing of the Shipborne TT&C Radar.
