摘    要:煤矿机械进行故障诊断,能够有效地避免事故发生,降低维修时间,减少维修成本,对于煤矿高产高效发展具有重要意义。详细阐述三大类八种故障诊断方法,分析故障诊断方法存在的不足,针对存在的问题,提出未来多理论技术相结合的预测模型,克服单一理论的不足,促进故障诊断理论发展;不断引入新的在线监测与分析技术。在硬件、软件方面都得到加强,将监测的数据通过信号处理的算法用软件得以实现;故障诊断是一个动态的、复杂的问题,特别是在井下复杂的地质条件下,其非线性问题将是未来需要克服的一个关键问题。

Abstract:Fault diagnosis of coal mine machinery can effectively avoid accidents, reduce maintenance time, and reduce maintenance costs, which is of great significance for the development of high yield and high efficiency in coal mines. In this paper, three kinds of eight kinds of fault diagnosis methods are described in detail, and the shortcomings of fault diagnosis methods are analyzed. In view of the existing problems, a prediction model combining multi-theory techniques in the future is proposed to overcome the shortcomings of a single theory. Promote the development of fault diagnosis theory; New on-line monitoring and analysis techniques are constantly introduced. In the aspect of hardware, the software is strengthened, and the monitored data is realized by the algorithm of signal processing. Fault diagnosis is a dynamic and complex problem, especially under the complicated underground geological conditions, the nonlinear problem will be a key problem to be overcome in the future.
