新型复合固化材料快速加固松软海(沙)滩的试验研究

摘    要:从交通应急保障需求入手,创新性地提出了利用新型水下环氧树脂复合固化材料快速固化松软海(沙)滩的新思路并对水下环氧树脂固化材料快速加固松软海(沙)滩的强度形成机理进行了理论分析;通过室内力学性能试验,分析了这种固化材料加固松软海(沙)滩时的强度与凝胶时间的对比关系。结果表明,水下环氧树脂固化剂可以快速排除沙滩中的水分,促使环氧树脂快速形成网状立体结构,并将沙土颗粒包裹在网状体之中,在短时间内迅速形成较大的强度。因此,这种手段可以提高松软沙滩的快速通行能力,满足应急交通保障行动的时效性要求。

Abstract:To meet emergency traffic security requirements, a new idea using new type of underwater epoxy resin curing composite material fast reinforce soft sand was innovatively put forward, and analyzed in theory on its strength formation mechanism. Through mechanical properties test indoor, the relationship between strength and setting time was analyzed. The results show that the underwater epoxy resin curing agent can ruled out the moisture from the sand, make epoxy resin a stereoscopic reticular structure quickly, and wrap sand particles in the mesh. High strength can be got in a short time. Thus it can improve the rapid traffic capacity of loose sand, meet the timeliness requirements on emergency traffic security.
