| 摘 要： | 自改革开放以来,上海市成为中国吸收外资最成功的城市.大量的外资流入,促进了上海市的经济技术发展.首先从基本的投资、生产模型推导出FDI与总投资之间的回归模型,再利用上海市1981年至2006年的数据分析FDI对国内投资的影响,发现FDI对国内资本产生"挤入效应".通过分析流入上海市的外资结构、上海市的外商投资形式的比例、国内投资形式比例和国内外"技术差距",来解释"挤入效应"的产生原因.

| Abstract: | Shanghai has been the most successful city in attracting foreign direct investment since the implementation of Chinese policy of reform and opening up.
