不均匀场地钢制波纹接头埋地管线地震响应

摘    要:震害调查表明,地震作用下埋地管线主要发生轴向接头拔出破坏,提升接头变形能力可有效地减轻埋地管线地震破坏。提出一种柔性大变形钢制波纹接头,以土弹簧模型考虑管土相互作用非线性特征,考虑两种力学性能的场地土,采用有限元方法对不均匀场地下埋地管线进行地震响应分析。分别建立有波纹管接头连接和无接头埋地管线有限元模型,数值分析了不同地震动作用下波纹管接头对地下管线应力、能量耗散、内力等的影响规律。结果表明:埋地管线在不均匀场地交界面处最大应力显著增加,波纹管接头可以有效减小管道轴力、弯矩以及von Mises应力。

Seismic Analysis of Steel Bellow Joint Connected Pipeline under Non-homogeneous Soil

Abstract:Damage investigation shows that axial joint pull-out of buried pipelines is the main failure mode under an earthquake, and improving the joint deformation can effectively reduce the seismic damage of buried pipelines. A flexible steel corrugated joint with large deformation capacity was proposed. The soil spring model was used to consider the nonlinear characteristics of pipe soil interaction, the seismic response of buried pipeline in uneven field was analyzed by finite element method. The finite element models of buried pipelines with and without bellow joints were established respectively, and the effects of bellow joints on reducing the stress, energy dissipation and internal force of underground pipelines under different ground motions were numerically analyzed. The results show that the maximum stress of buried pipeline occurred at the interface of uneven site, and the bellows joint can effectively reduce the axial force, bending moment and von Mises stress of pipeline.
