核电站主泵水力部件运输容器设计

摘    要:针对国内还没有核电站主泵水力部件运输容器的现状,通过源项分析、屏蔽设计、结构设计、试验仿真分析、试验检验,设计并研制出了国内首台核电站主泵水力部件运输容器。本容器具有屏蔽水力部件辐射剂量、防止水力部件表面氧化,以及密封性和耐低温等功能,满足GB 11806规定的A型货包标准。该容器的成功研制不但实现了核电站主泵水力部件运输容器的国产化,设计过程中所采用的技术手段对研制其他放射性物质运输容器还具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:In view of the domestic do not have the main pump hydraulic component transport container, this article designed and developed the first nuclear main pump hydraulic component container in China, through nuclides analysis, structure design, simulation analysis, test and inspection. This container can shield radiation dose of hydraulic component, prevent oxidation, sealing and low temperature resistance, and other functions, meet A type package prescribe of GB11806.The successful development of the container not only realized the localization of the nuclear main pump hydraulic component, the design technology can also used in research other radioactive material transport containers.
