糖蜜乙醇废液烧结页岩矩形

摘    要:通过研究糖蜜乙醇废液烧结页岩矩形多孔砖抗剪实验,分别用M5、M7.5、M10水泥砂浆砌筑30件砌体,进行抗剪试验。结果表明,对其破坏现象进行分析,其现象与普通烧结页岩多孔砖相似;由于糖蜜乙醇废液的掺入,在烧结过程中挥发使其表面粗糙,使砌体与砂浆更好的粘结,因此糖蜜乙醇废液烧结页岩矩形多孔砖的抗剪强度比普通烧结页岩大,本文建议的公式为 与规范相比,具有一定的安全度。

Molasses alcohol waste liquid sintering porous brick
Abstract:By studying the molasses alcohol waste liquid sintering porous brick shale rectangle shear experiment, we separately use in the M5, M7.5, M10 cement to make 30 pieces of masonry, mortar masonry shear tests are carried out. Results show that the damage to the phenomenon, the phenomenon is similar to common sintered porous brick shale; Due to the incorporation of molasses alcohol waste liquid, volatile makes its rough surface in the sintering process and causes the masonry and better bonding mortar, so the molasses alcohol waste liquid of shear strength of sintered porous brick shale rectangle is bigger than common sintered shale, this article suggested that the formula is ,compared with the specification,it has a certain degree of safety.
