生产工艺流程中基于PID算法的温度控制方法

摘    要:生产工艺流程中常常既有恒温要求,也有温度按照特定曲线变化要求。在生产工艺流程不同阶段的温度拐点,传统的PID控制会出现较为严重的超调。针对这一问题,设计了一种改进的PID算法,在临近温度拐点适时变更为PD控制作为过渡,以抑制超调。实验表明这种方法可以大大降低超调量,显著改善控制品质;同时,算法简单,计算量小,经济适用,可广泛应用于以单片机为核心的温度控制系统中。

Abstract:During production process, the process often not only requires constant temperature, but also requires the temperature change according to certain curve, the traditional PID algorithm is appear overshoot in transition of different stages. For this problem, we use an improved PID algorithm, which change to PD control, to suppress overshoot during the transition phase. Experiments show that this method can reduce the overshoot and improved control quality significantly. Meanwhile, the algorithm is simple, low complexity and economic. It can be applied to temperature control system which SCM is the core.
