摘    要:针对传统心电监测电极需要与皮肤直接接触易,引起皮肤不适且准备时间长的问题,设计了一种新型非接触动态心电监测系统。该系统基于电容耦合原理,采用三同轴电缆屏蔽驱动与接地屏蔽技术,有效地提高了系统的输入阻抗。建立了电极等效电路模型,分析了噪声的关键影响因素,对电路的结构与参数进行了优化分析。实验结果表明,该系统能够在静止和非剧烈运动两种状态下非接触测量心电波形中QRS波和T波,实现心电信号的非接触有效测量。

Abstract:Electrode of traditional ECG monitoring system need direct contact with skin using conductive paste, which prepare for a long time, besides, the conductive paste may cause allergy of skin. To solve above problem, a novel kind of Noncontact ambulant ECG monitoring system based on capacitance coupling principle was designed in this paper. A triax cable shielding driven and ground shielding technology was adopted to increase the input impedance of system. ECG can be detected through clothing. The ECG signal noise was analyzed and signal detection circuit parameters were optimized based on the equivalent model of electrode. Experiment results shows that the QRS and T waves can be clearly seen both at quiet and walking state, which implement ECG noncontact measurement effectively.
