嵌入DICOM解码功能的医学编辑器的设计和实现

随着循证医学的发展，医学报告已经受到了越来越多的重视。而陈旧医学编辑器所依据的标准、所提供的接口和所利用的开发工具等等各不相同，这就不利于不同机构间的医疗信息共享与技术交流合作，因此开发一种具有专业性和结构标准化的医学编辑器的已经变成一种当务之急。针对医学编辑器专业性和结构标准化的特点，本文设计及实现一套基于XML技术的专用医学编辑器，负责对报告内容进行编辑，同时可以实现对报告中嵌入的DICOM医学影像进行解码，直接在医学报告中对医学影像的显示效果进行调整，从而生成包含影像信息的结构化医学报告文档。

Design of Medical Report Editor With DICOM Decoding Function

With the development of evidence-based medicine, medical reports have been drawing more and more attention. While the standards, the interface of the outdated medical editor varies and are not compatible, which is not conducive to medical information sharing, technical exchanges and cooperation between different agencies, to develop a professional and structured standardized medical editor has become a top priority. In this paper, we design a professional XML-based medical report editor with DICOM image decoding function, which can produce structured and normalized medical reports document containing medical images.
