摘    要:通过数值计算方法,对航空发动机滑油系统叶轮式通风器进行两相流分离模拟研究.在两相流的计算中,对油气混合物选用欧拉-拉格朗日模型,湍流模型则选用k-ε模型.通过多种工况的计算,探讨了不同油气比、转速对通风器腔内流动、分离效率以及油滴最小分离直径的影响.结果显示,实验数据和计算结果符合较好,一定程度上揭示了叶轮式通风器内部流动分布和油滴运动规律及其分离机理.

Abstract:Numerical simulation is used to study the two-phase flow separation of impeller ventilator for aviation engine lubricating oil system. The Euler - Lagrange model is applied to the mixture of oil -gas and the model is applied to the turbulence model were used for the two-phase flow calculations. The effects of different gas-oil ratio, rotational speed of the ventilator cavity flow, separation efficiency and droplet diameter of the smallest separation are achieved through calculation of many operating conditions. Results show that the calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental data. The flow structure of the inner impeller-type and separation mechanisms are also presented.
