季冻区隧道冻胀力影响因素交互性及敏感性正交试验分析

摘    要:为探究影响季冻区隧道衬砌冻胀力各个因素的交互性及敏感性,依托承担冬奥会人员转运工作的延崇高速主线翠云山隧道,通过建立ANSYS数值模型,对冻胀率、冻融圈厚度、衬砌弹模等冻胀力影响因素进行了正交试验。研究结果表明:(1)考虑各个因素对冻胀力的影响时可只考虑其主效应。(2)融圈厚度、冻胀率、衬砌弹模、冻结围岩弹模以及未冻结围岩弹模均对冻胀力的影响较为显著;各因素敏感性排序为:冻结围岩弹模>冻胀率>未冻结围岩弹模>冻融圈厚度>衬砌弹模。(3)相比于原始参数,实验最优参数各部位冻胀力均有所减小且降幅均超过30%,最小降幅发生在拱顶为34.20%,并据此提出了控制冻胀力的措施,为河北地区季冻区隧道建设提供指导。??

Abstract:In order to explore the interaction and sensitivity of various factors affecting the frost heaving force of tunnel lining in seasonal freezing area, relying on cuiyunshan tunnel, an important control project on Yanchong expressway, which undertakes the transfer of personnel for the Winter Olympic Games, orthogonal tests were carried out on the influencing factors of frost heaving force such as frost heaving rate, freezing depth and lining elastic modulus by establishing ANSYS numerical model. The results show that: (1) when considering the influence of various factors on frost heaving force, only its main effect can be considered. (2) The sickness of melt circle, frost heaving rate, lining elastic modulus, frozen surrounding rock elastic modulus and unfrozen surrounding rock elastic modulus all have significant effects on frost heaving force. The sensitivity order of each factor is as follows: frozen rock elastic modulus > frost heaving rate > unfrozen rock elastic modulus > thickness of freeze-thaw circle > lining elastic modulus . (3) Compared with the original parameters, the frost heaving force of each part decreases by more than 30%, and the minimum decrease occurs in the vault, which is 34.20%. Based on this, the measures to control the frost heaving force are put forward, which provides guidance for the tunnel construction in the seasonal freezing area of Hebei Province.
