摘    要:船舶大型化、日益增大的船舶交通流和受多种因素影响的通航水域的复杂性,对海上船舶交通管理提出了更高要求。相对于需要巨大投资的通航水域“硬件”条件的改善,科学合理的船舶交通组织管理是保证船舶安全、缓解拥塞、提高航道通航效率的一种性价比高且实用的途径。因此,研究复杂水域的船舶交通组织具有重要的意义。本文从研究对象、内容、方法等方面梳理了复杂水域船舶交通组织的研究现状、分析了现有文献研究的特点以及取得的成果,并在此基础上结合实际需求从五个方面为下一步复杂水域船舶交通组织的研究方向提供了参考。

Abstract:The trend of large-sized ships, increasing of ship traffic flow and complexity of navigable waters put forward higher requirements for marine traffic management. Compared with the improvement of "hardware" conditions in navigable waters requiring huge investment, scientific ship traffic organization and management is a cost-effective and practical way to ensure ship safety, alleviate congestion and improve navigation efficiency. Therefore, it is of great significance to study ship traffic organization in complex waters. The research status, achievements and characteristics of the existing research on the traffic organization in complex waters were combed and analyzed from the aspects of research object, research content and research methods. On this basis, the next research interests were put forward from five aspects and a reference for the future research on the ship traffic organization in complex waters was provided.
