| 摘 要： | 在资源型城市产业转型前准确地对资源型产业体系进行评估,已成为资源型城市产业转型前期工作的关键所在。分析了资源型城市产业转型在产业、市场、战略、管理、人力资源、法律政策等各方面存在的不确定性,建立了资源型城市产业转型风险动态评估的贝叶斯模型,不仅能够评估资源型城市转型的总体风险,还可以分别评估各个产业可能引起风险的程度,为资源型城市产业转型风险评估提供了客观依据。

| Abstract: | The risk evaluation before industry transformation becomes a key prophase work of industry transformation of resources city.The industry transformation of the resources city is uncertain in industry,market,strategy,management,human resources and policy and so forth,constructing Bayesian model of risk evaluation about industry transformation for the resources city.The model can not only evaluate the risk of the total industry system,but also evaluate each industry of the system,to provide the considerable basis for industry transformation of resources city. |
