| 摘 要： | 阐述了在WindowsCE环境下如何开发Nor Flash块驱动程序。Windows CE为块驱动程序提供了FMD函数接口,针对不同的Flash硬件,可以根据CFI获取具体的硬件信息来实现FMD接口函数。结合Nor Flash具体开发实例,介绍了Win-dows CE的存储管理架构,分析了Nor Flash的物理和逻辑结构,描述了块驱动程序的开发方法,并给出了关键代码。

| Abstract: | Nor Flash block drive in Windows CE is expatiated on how to develop. Windows CE provides interface of FMD,with the different flash hardware, the FMD interface function can develop based on specific hardware information which can be attainde from CFI. With Nor flash example, the structure of storage management is introduced, analysed the physic and logic structure of Nor Flash, descriped the genenal way of developing block driver, and some key codes are given. |
