摘    要:分析了现阶段销毁未爆弹的现状和爆炸法在销毁未爆弹过程中的不足,通过研究大中口径未爆弹的弹壳厚度、壳体材料及装药种类等性能和结构参数,再根据聚能效应产生金属射流的特性,论证了小口径聚能弹销毁大中口径未爆弹的可行性,并利用40火破甲弹作为爆炸源进行了实弹销毁试验,效果良好。

Abstract:The present status and disadvantages of blasting method in the disposal of unexploded explosive are analyzed.Properties and structure parameters such as cartridge thickness,shell materials and charge species of heavy and medium caliber explosive ordnance are studied.The feasibility of disposal of unexploded explosive ordnance by cumulative effect is demonstrated based on the characteristics of the shaped charge jet produced by small caliber cumulative mine,which is confirmed by the destroy tests of 40 mm hollow explosive projectile.
