支撑裂缝导流能力新型实验研究

摘    要:借鉴API标准导流实验原理及流程,设计了一套裂缝导流能力测试系统。导流室采用圆柱形腔室,可以最大限度的利用钻井岩心,提高了导流能力测试实验的经济性和实用性。在相同实验条件下,分别采用圆柱形导流室和API标准导流室进行了对比研究,两者所得裂缝导流能力变化趋势基本相同。用本测试系统研究了闭合压力、铺砂浓度、支撑剂嵌入等因素对导流能力的影响规律。结果表明,支撑裂缝导流能力随闭合压力的增大而减小,随铺砂浓度的增大而增大,且存在一个最佳值,随支撑剂嵌入程度增大而减小。

Abstract:A new fracture flow conductivity test system was designed, based on API standard conductivity experimental principle and procedure. The conductivity cell was designed as a cylindrical chamber to make most use of the drilling rock core, which increases the practical and economical efficiency. Under the same experimental condition, the results we got using the cylinder conductivity cell and the API conductivity cell present the same trend. Besides, the influence factors of flow conductivity was studied which include the closure pressure, sand concentration, proppant embedment, etc. Experimental results show that the flow conductivity of the propped fracture decreases with increasing closure pressure and varies inversely with the sand concentration which possesses a optimal value and directly with the proppant embedment.
