摘    要:狭缝引射是气膜冷却结构中比较重要的一个,多用于船体和燃气轮机的尾气排放装置,以达到降低尾气排放温度,保护装置的目的。但现有对该结构的研究多是整体性能方面,对单级引射结构的引射效果则研究较少。通过对三种不同狭缝宽度的单级引射结构,分别作了数值计算和PIV实验的验证,然后对所获得的结果进行分析,得出了引射效果最佳的单级结构尺寸和该结构的研究方向。为以后该结构的设计提供一些参考。

Abstract:Slit ejector is one of the important structures in film cooling. It is used for the apparatus of the ships and the gas turbine exhaust emissions to reduce the exhaust emission temperature and protect the device. Now the research for this structure is the overall performance, in the single ejector structure is less. In this paper, numerical calculation and PIV experiment were studied in three different slit width of the single stage ejector structure. Through the analysis of the results obtained, we get the best result of the single stage ejector structure. The result can also provide some reference for next research for the structure.
