液力偶合器两相流动的研究

摘    要:应用先进的CFD平台的滑动网格法与混合模型对液力偶合器部分充液的两相流场进行数值模拟计算和分析,得到偶合器部分充液时内部速度和压力分布以及不同充液率下流场结构的变化。基于速度、压力数值解计算了液力偶合器叶轮转矩和不同充液率下液力偶合器的原始特性。将性能预测结果与实验结果进行对比分析,结果表明,数值模拟计算结果与实验结果吻合较好,从而验证了数值模拟方法的正确性。

Abstract:The two-phase flow of the partially filled hydrodynamic coupling was calculated by using the sliding mesh method and mixture model in the advanced CFD software.And the velocity and pressure distribution of the partially filled hydrodynamic coupling were figured out.Through analyzing the velocity and pressure field,the distribution of the two-phase flow under different filling rate were summarized.The torque was computed based on the numerical solution of 3-D flow field,and the original characteristic of hydrodynamic coupling was predicted.The predicted characteristic was compared with the experimental data.It indicates that the computational result of numerical simulation is well tallied with the results of the experiment.The results indicate that the numerical simulation method is correct.
