摘    要:针对60 GHz芯片间无线互连系统中信道突发性错误引起的误码问题,研究了该系统中不同纠错编码方案的误码性能。根据60 GHz短距离通信系统特点,分析了适用于此场景的CM7信道特性及衰落信道下的编码系统接收信噪比;在此基础上结合纠错编码理论,对汉明码和卷积码进行了误码性能分析与蒙特卡洛仿真,重点针对不同卷积码的编码增益、信噪比环境及最大通信距离,给出了可优先采用的编码方案,为60 GHz芯片间无线互连系统提供了纠错编码的技术参考。

Abstract:In order to solve reliability problem caused by burst errors in 60GHz inter-chip wireless interconnection system, different error-control coding (ECC) schemes is studied in this system. According to features within 60GHz short-range communication system, the CM7 channel characteristics and fading channels signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) are analyzed for this scene. On this basis, combined with error-control coding theory, the bit-error-rate (BER) performance with the application of Hamming codes and Convolution codes are analyzed and Monte Carlo simulations are achieved. For different coding gain,SNR environment and maximum communication distance of Convolution codes, the priority coding scheme is given. It provides the technical reference of ECC which applied to 60GHz inter-chip wireless interconnection system.
