耐温抗盐聚合物性能及驱油效率研究

摘    要:针对江苏油田储层温度高、地层水矿化度高的实际,将两种新型耐温抗盐聚合物与两种现场在用的聚合物对比,进行了性能分析和驱油效率评价实验。结果表明:两种新型聚合物为含磺酸基的多元共聚物;高温高矿化度下,两种新型聚合物KY-1和KY-2比现场在用聚合物具有更好的黏度、黏弹性和黏度稳定性;扫描电镜检测也证明两种新型聚合物分子在水溶液中伸展性好、簇间连接能力强、缔合度高,表现出较好的抗盐性能。相应地,新聚合物的驱油效率也比现场在用的聚合物高2.65%~7.67%。

Abstract:In view of the high temperature and high salinity formation water in oil reservoir of Jiangsu oilfield, two polymers with heat and salt resistance were prepared. The property and oil-displacement efficiency of the new polymers were compared with other two polymers used in field site by analysis and evaluated test. The results showed, the new polymers were multicomponent copolymer contained sulfonic acid group, and had better viscosity and viscoelasticity in high temperature and high salinity water more than other two polymers used in field site. SEM detection of the polymer molecules showed that new polymers had better extensibility, connected force and higher association degree in the solution, and exhibits a significant salt resistance. Accordingly,the new polymers had 2.65~7.67% more oil-displacement efficiency than other two polymers used in field site.
