摘    要:鉴于水射流性能的优越性和应用的广泛性,开展水射流方面的研究是很有必要的。自主研发的多功能水射流测试与碎岩教学模型实验装置,主要由实验装置台架、水射流动力系统、控制与检测系统、岩样加持与固定系统和流体循环系统五部分组成,可实现包括对水射流打击力值和碎岩实验测试在内的多种功能。实验测试结果表明:水射流打击力值存在最优喷距,且打击力值随喷射压力的增大而增大;当水射流平行于油页岩层理方向打击时碎岩更容易,非淹没脉冲射流能够获得更好的碎岩效果。事实表明,本实验装置能够达到对水射流研究工作的预期目的。

Abstract:In view of the superiority of the water jet and its extensive application, it is necessary to carry out the research on the water jet. Independent research and development of multifunctional experimental device of teaching model of water jet testing and breaking rock, it mainly consist of five parts, such as experimental device bench, water jet dynamic system, control and detection system, rock sample fixed system and fluid circulation system, it can achieve a variety of functions including the experimental test of the value of water jet impact force and breaking rock. Experimental test results show that the value of water jet impact force exist optimum jet distance, and it increased with increasing injection pressure; when water jet parallel to the oil shale bedding direction to break it more easily, and the non-submerged pulse jet can obtain better effect on breaking rock. The facts show that this experimental device can achieve the expected purpose of the research work of water jet.
