基于故障字典法的雷达故障诊断技术研究

摘    要:针对雷达故障诊断中被测电路单元的复杂性和多样性进行了分析研究,提出采用故障模式分类的方法。根据电路结构及特点建立故障字典,确定测前故障集,并采用基于故障事例推理的诊断方法,进行故障诊断,并给出了应用实例。该方法大大减少了测试时间和测后分析计算量,加快实时诊断能力。

Abstract:The complexity and variety of the units under tested in Radar circuit diagnosis are analyzed. A method based on fault mode classifying, in which fault dictionary is established according to circuits structure, and a method based on fault Case -Based Reasoning is developed for diagnosis. Finally, an application example is given. The practice shows that the new method have decreased the testing time, and decreased downtime calculation and enhanced the real-time diagnosis capability.
