摘    要:以落叶松为研究对象,利用无损检测技术,研究不同含水率下木材材性检测指标的变化规律。结果表明:在木材含水率未达到临界纤维饱和点时,木材的材性检测指标随含水率的增大急剧下降;在木材含水率大于临界纤维饱和点时,木材的材性检测指标随含水率的增大下降幅度较小。以木材含水率为单一变量,以木材纤维饱和点(30%)为分界点,建立含水率与落叶松木材材性检测指标的理论公式。用实测结果对理论公式进行修正,修正后的结果表明:材性检测指标的实测值与理论值变化趋势一致,用应力波测量仪和微钻阻力仪测定的波阻模量值的实测值与理论值最接近。同时,推导的理论公式可以作为现场测定木材材性指标的依据。

Abstract:Using larch as the material, the non-destructive testing method was used to study the law of wood property indexes under different moisture content. The results showed that when the moisture content (MC) of wood did not reach the fiber saturation point (FSP), the wood properties decreased sharply with increased MC. However, the study also found that when the MC of wood was higher than the FSP, the wood properties decreased with increased MC. Based on the moisture content as a single variable and the wood fiber saturation point as the boundary, the theoretical formula of MC and wood properties of larch was established. The theoretical formula was reformulated with the experimental results. The results showed that the property indexes of the experimental results were consistent with the theoretical values. The modulus of stress-resistograph values by the stress wave tester and the micro-drill resistance instrument were the closest to the theoretical value. This set of theoretical formulas can be used as a basis for measuring wood properties in the field.
