摘    要:针对输电铁塔主材双肢搭接节点,分别建立了单一剪切面连接与双剪切面连接的螺栓连接节点有限元仿真模型,通过施加低周循环载荷获得了节点的滞回曲线,给出了骨架曲线分析,耗能能力分析以及刚度退化分析,研究了输电铁塔螺栓连接节点在低周循环载荷作用下的耗能能力与力学性能,结果表明:单剪连接与双剪连接的节点线弹性变形过程基本一致,此后两种节点都出现滑移现象,双剪连接节点经历两次滑移过程;螺栓滑移过程中,节点耗能能力最强;双剪连接节点极限承载能力更强,刚度保持特性更佳,耗能能力更强。

Abstract:A finite element simulation model of bolted joints connecting single shear plane and double shear plane is established for the joints of the tower Leg joint of the transmission tower. The hysteresis curve of the joint is obtained by applying the low cycle load. The skeleton curve analysis, energy dissipation analysis and stiffness degradation analysis are carried out. The energy dissipation and mechanical properties of the transmission tower bolt joints under low cycle loading are studied. The results show that the joint flexibility of single shear connection and double shear connection The deformation process is basically the same. After that, the two nodes all have slip phenomenon. The double-shear joints experience two slip processes. During the bolt slip process, the node has the strongest energy consumption. The double-shear joints have stronger ultimate bearing capacity and stiffness. Keep features better and consume more energy.
