摘    要:针对井下采选充一体化开采技术的发展,为了提高其智能化的水平,加强监测和控制,利用现有的传感技术、计算机网络技术、信息综合处理技术等,构建运输设备“三位一体”的智能运输管控系统。智能运输管控系统基于小波分析和模糊神经网络实现对运行设备的智能实时监测,对设备故障能及早发现并报警,通过专家知识库对设备故障进行分类、存储。从而为解决设备故障提供技术支持。现场实验结果表明智能管控系统可有效地监测设备,对设备故障有一定的预测性,满足井下采选充系统的要求。

Abstract:In view of the development of underground mining technology, in order to improve its intelligence level and strengthen monitoring and control, the existing sensing technology, computer network technology, information comprehensive processing technology, etc. are used to construct the "trinity" intelligent transportation management and control system of transportation equipment.The intelligent transportation management and control system realizes intelligent real-time monitoring of operating equipment based on wavelet analysis and fuzzy neural network, can detect and alarm equipment faults as early as possible, and classifies and stores equipment faults through expert knowledge base. Thereby providing technical support for solving equipment faults. The field experiment results show that the intelligent control system can effectively monitor the equipment, has certain predictability to the equipment failure, and meets the requirements of the underground mining, sorting and charging system.
