基于JIT船舶分段建造调度问题研究

针对船舶分段建造虚拟流水线生产模式的特点,各工序作业量存在很大差别.要实现均衡生产,必须合理有效配置资源,各作业班组的人数和拥有的资源应该不相同.借鉴JIT的思想,在对工序作业量比较的基础上,选择相应的作业班组,再运用控制看板管理,达到各工序之间均衡生产,保证生产的顺利进行,提高船舶生产的效率.选择某企业实例,运用MATLAB对案例进行求解.

The Research on Scheduling based on JIT in Ship Block Building

Abstract: According to the characteristics of Virtual Flow Line of Ship Block Building , the volume of process operation was very different, in order to realize the balance of production, the resources must be distributed reasonably and effectively, the number of operation groups and resources were different. The article references the idea of JIT, in order to achieve the balance of production process, ensure the progress of production smoothly, and improve the efficiency of ship production , we can compare the operation volume of the process, choose corresponding operation groups, and use the kanban management . Select an instance of a company , using MATLAB to solve the case .
