摘    要:研究了在磷石膏预处理阶段增加了筛分法和炒制法对磷建筑石膏样品的抗折和抗压强度以及晶体形貌的影响。实验结果表明:筛分能初步筛去磷石膏中的有害杂质,特别是磷、氯化物和有机物,能为磷石膏的净化提供有利条件。炒制法能去除其他预处理很难去除的共晶磷,并能减少实验时间,降低能耗,减少实验对环境的污染,提高了实验效率。通过初步筛分再运用炒制法;并结合浮选预处理,能很大程度上提高磷石膏的干抗折抗压强度,使磷石膏的干抗折抗压强度分别能达到4.3MPa、16.4 MPa。

Abstract:Increased sievingSmethod and parching procedure pretreatment technology of phosphogypsum impact and influence of flexural and compressive strength and phosphorus building gypsum crystal morphology of a sample. The results showed that: sievingSmethod was weeded out harmful impurities in phosphorgypsum, especially phosphorus, chloride and organic compounds.parching procedure was removed other pretreatment difficult to remove phosphorus eutectic and reduces test time, reduce energy consumption, reduce environmental pollution experiment to improve the efficiency of the experiment. Through the initial screening and then using frying method combined with flotation pretreatment can greatly improve dry flexural compressive strength of phosphogypsum, phosphogypsum dry flexural compressive strength can reach 4.3MPa, 16.4MPa.
