移动终端的静电损伤及其防护技术研究

摘    要:为了有效地改善移动终端的防静电性能,分析了静电放电产生的传导干扰和辐射干扰对移动终端的损伤.采用静电发生器及相关辅助设备对20部手机进行了静电放电实验,实验结果证明了辐射干扰和传导干扰是静电对移动终端的主要损伤途径.针对移动终端的静电损伤方式提出了移动终端的静电防护措施:改进壳体结构、增加静电屏蔽层、设计接地通道、设计保护电路,再次进行静电放电实验,实验结果表明,所采用的静电防护措施对移动终端的防静电特性有很大的改善.

Abstract:In order to effectively improve the anti-static characteristics of mobile terminal,the electrostatic discharge damage to mobile terminal is analyzed which results from conducted interference and radiated interference.
