摘    要:针对某水上电动飞机浮筒支撑杆稳定性和装备预留空间的问题,分别从拓扑,尺寸,形状3个方面进行分析,设计一种轻量化且有良好气动外形的支撑结构.首先在已有飞机载荷与设计区域大小的情况下,基于拓扑优化方法对支撑架的包络空间进行迭代计算,得到最优传力路径,获取合理的节点位置和杆件连接方式.其次在ANSYS和iSight中采用多岛遗传算法对杆件截面尺寸参数进行联合优化,得到各个截面的最优尺寸,最终获得的结构形式既满足强度要求,且与原结构重量相比减轻了13.6%;最后通过"翼型"整流罩结构的使用减小杆件的阻力值,降低桁架结构对飞机气动性能的影响.新方案旨在为水上飞机支撑架设计提供一种新思路,也为相似的类桁架结构优化提供理论依据和技术支持.

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of the stability of the pontoon support rod and the space reserved for equipment in a floating electric aircraft, the support structure is analyzed from the aspects of topology, size and shape, and a lightweight and better aerodynamic support structure is designed. First, given the existing aircraft load and the size of the design area, the envelope space of the support frame is iteratively calculated based on the topology optimization method to obtain the optimal force transmission path, and reasonable node positions and member connection methods. Secondly, in ANSYS and isight, the multi-island genetic algorithm is used to jointly optimize the section size parameters of the members to obtain the optimal size of each section. The final structural form meets the strength requirements and is 13.6% lighter than the original structure weight.; Finally, through the use of the "wing" section structure to reduce the resistance value of the members, reduce the impact of the truss structure on the aerodynamic performance of the aircraft. The new scheme aims to provide a new idea for the design of support structures for seaplanes, and also to provide theoretical basis and technical support for the optimization of similar truss-like structures.
