基于纳米压痕法奔腾B70车身涂层力学性能的研究

摘    要:对奔腾B70轿车车身涂层的各漆层:磷酸锌层、电泳层、中漆层和面漆层分别进行了纳米压入实验,以此来研究不同漆层的力学性能。实验结果表明:磷酸锌层的硬度和弹性模量最大,其组织的密实程度最高,具有良好的防腐性能;对于电泳层、中漆层和面漆层,其中面漆层的硬度最高,具有良好的抗压性能;电泳层和中漆层硬度差距不大但明显小于面漆层;而电泳层的弹性模量高于面漆层,面漆层高于中漆层,这也表征了在抗塑性变形能力上也是依次递减的;此外,在抗蠕变性能方面为磷酸锌层最好,其次为面漆层和中漆层,并且两者差距不大,而电泳层具有较好的蠕变变形能力。

Abstract:In this paper, nanoindentation tests were applied in each paint layer (zinc phosphate layer, CED, primer and base-coat) of Besturn B70 coating, in order to investigate the mechanical behavior of each paint layer. The results show that the hardness and elastic modulus of zinc phosphate layer is highest which indicate the densification of its microstructure. This is take advantage to corrosion resistance and anti ageing properties. In addition, hadness of base-coat is higher than CED and primer while the difference of CED and primer is almost neglectable. Therefore, the base-coat has a good compression performance. The elastic modulus of CED is higher than primer and base-coat which indicate that the resistance to plastic deformation of CED is better than primer and base-coat. Additionally, the resistance to creep of zinc phosphate layer is also the best while the opposite is true for CED.
