摘    要:研究了烧结矿、球团矿、块矿等不同单种炉料在模拟高炉条件下的软化熔融特征,显示了酸性炉料和碱性炉料成渣过程的差异性。同时提取各单种炉料在不同阶段形成的渣样,对其进行化学成分和矿物组成分析,得出各种单种炉料的炉渣形成变化过程。

Abstract:This paper studied theScharacteristics of softening and melting of sinter, pellet and lunp by simulating the atmosphere of blast furnace, the results shows the differences ofSferrous burden materials of aciditySand alkaline. And the samples of primary slag were exacted, acquired the transformation law of the differdnt ferrous burden materials, by the analysised of chemical and mineralScomposition.
