基于数字图像技术的飞艇气囊材料应变测试

摘    要:为了解决传统应变测试技术在飞艇气囊软式结构上应用的困境,开展了基于数字图像相关测试的蒙皮材料应变测试技术研究。结合飞艇蒙皮材料URETEK-3216LV,利用数字图像相关测试技术进行了气囊蒙皮材料本体试样、热合连接试样以及充气球体气囊试样的应变测试。通过测试获得了蒙皮材料本体试样及其热合连接试样的应变场,掌握了其力学特性。气囊蒙皮材料本体试样测试结果精度理想,热合连接试样以及充气球体气囊试样结果符合物理规律,有效地解决了现有传统应变片测试方法中存在的问题。

Abstract:In order to solve the difficulty of traditional strain testing technology applied in airship gasbags soft structure, the strain testing technology of skin material based on digital image correlation testing was developed. Combining with airship skin material URETEK-3216LV, strain tests of gasbags skin material bulk samples, thermal bonding samples and air gasbags samples were carried out by digital image correlation testing technology. The strain field of the skin material bulk sample and its Thermo-Bonded specimen was obtained by testing, and its mechanical properties were mastered. The test results of the bulk sample of the gasbags skin material are satisfactory, and the results of the Thermo-Bonded sample and the gasbags sample of the inflatable sphere conform to the physical law, which effectively solves the problems existing in the traditional strain gauge test methods.
