摘    要:以西咸新区海绵城市建设中某一实际工程为依托,针对雨水花园中雨水入渗对邻近建筑物地基的影响问题展开研究。根据工程资料,在Geo Studio软件中完成数值模拟建模;对不同工况进行数值模拟计算,分别得到各工况下雨水入渗对邻近建筑地基的渗流场、应力场、位移场的影响规律。结果表明:随着渗流持时、海绵设施底部压力水头的增加,渗流影响范围增大,但其变化率逐渐减小;渗流影响下土体应力发生改变,基础下部土体表现出更强的"塑性",但总的分布趋势变化不大;建筑地基完成初始沉降后,渗流影响下其主固结沉降(竖向位移)和水平位移相对无渗流时较小;且渗流持时越长,二者的沉降差越大。研究可为海绵城市建设中须考虑渗流影响的诸多问题提供参考。

Abstract:Based on a practical project in the sponge city of Xixian New Area, this paper presents a study on the effects of rainwater infiltration on the building base near rainwater garden (sponge facility). First, based on the construction data, the numerical model is completed in GeoStudio. Then calculations of different working conditions are carried out in the model. Finally effect rules are gotten in forms of seepage field, stress field and displacement field. The results show that: (1) With the increase of seepage duration and pressure head at the bottom of the sponge facility, the influenced area increases, but the change rate decreases gradually. (2) The soil of the base with seepage shows stronger "plasticity" and the stress is a little different from that without seepage, but the general distribution trend does not change much. (3) After the initial settlement of the building base, the settlement of the main consolidation (vertical displacement) and the horizontal displacement with seepage are relatively small, and the longer the seepage duration is, the larger the settlement difference is. Overall, this study can provide references for many problems in sponge city construction that need to consider the influence of seepage.
