摘    要:随着经济的高速发展,对外贸易的日益繁盛,中国沿海港口、码头在国民经济增长过程中扮演着重要的角色,但港口水工建筑物的桩基与码头长期处于浪溅区与大气区,占水体总含量3%的盐分会对基础建设部位的钢筋混凝土造成严重的腐蚀破坏。因此,针对上述所提出的问题,利用超疏水防护层机理,采用接触角、抗氯离子渗透以及吸水率试验的方法验证硅烷疏水剂性能的优劣。结果表明:硅烷疏水剂在混凝土表面形成的膜状物既能够有效疏水,又能够有效地和混凝土材料相结合,起到隔绝水的作用,从而有效地降低混凝土材料受Cl~-、SO_4~2-的腐蚀。

Abstract:With the rapid development of the economy and the growing prosperity of foreign trade, China''s coastal ports and wharfs play an important role in the growth of the national economy, but the pile foundations and dock of the port''s hydraulic structures have been a long time in the splash zone and the atmospheric zone. Salts, which account for 3% of the total seawater content, cause severe corrosion damage to the reinforced concrete at the foundation. Therefore, in view of the above-mentioned problems, this paper uses the superhydrophobic protective layer mechanism to verify the performance of silane hydrophobic agent by contact angle, chloride ion penetration resistance and water absorption test. The results show that the membrane formed by the silane hydrophobic agent on the concrete surface can be effectively hydrophobic, and can be effectively combined with the concrete material to isolate the water, thus effectively reducing the corrosion of the concrete material by Cl- and SO42-.
