摘    要:采用原子力显微镜研究不同道路沥青的微观形态特征,利用分析软件获取不同道路沥青微观结构的形态学参数并进行量化分析,结合传统针入度指标,研究不同道路沥青微观结构对其宏观高温性能的影响。结果表明,沥青针入度越小,"蜂状结构"越多,代表沥青中大分子量组分越多,说明其高温性能越好,粗糙度与高温性能的关系也呈现出一定的规律性。研究结果为用原子力显微镜探索沥青的微观结构与宏观性能的关系提供了基础。

Abstract:In this paper, atomic force microscopy(AFM) was used to study the microscopic morphology of different road asphalt. The microcosmic orphology parameters of different asphalt are obtained by using the Analysis Software and the quantitative Analysis. Combining with the traditional penetration index, the influence of different road asphalt microstructure on its macroscopic high temperature performance was studied. The results show that the smaller the penetration is, the more quantities of are, it means that the higher the molecular weight of asphalt is, the better its high temperature performance is. The relationship between roughness and high performance also shows certain regularity. The results provide a basis for exploring the relationship between microstructure and macro-properties of asphalt by atomic force microscope (AFM).
