化学过滤器针对甲苯气体的实验室性能

摘    要:各类民用和工业建筑室内空气环境对于气态污染物控制的需求越来越多。因此其所用到的气态污染物净化装置(化学过滤器)的性能测试方法,及相关性能数据至关重要。本文通过(此处有删除)实验数据比较了不同形式过滤器的净化性能,并分析了不同测试浓度对性能的影响,对于初始效率测试,本次测试浓度范围对效率的影响较小,对于容污测试,测试浓度对测试时间影响很大,因此对于容污测试选择合理的测试浓度很重要。提出了对于测试方法的实施建议和此类净化装置生产过程中应注意的问题。

Abstract:The indoor environment requires more and more control of gaseous pollutants, in both civil and industrial buildings. Therefore, the testing method and performance data of the gaseous pollutant purification device (chemical filter) are necessary. This study compared the purification performance of different filter for toluene removal based on laboratory experimental data, and analyzed the influence of concentration on its performance. For the initial efficiency, concentration has no much influence within the test concentration range; for capacity test, testing concentration has great influence on the test duration therefore a reasonable testing concentration should be chosen. Suggestions for the implementation of the testing method and filter manufacturing process are provided.
