摘    要:为了掌握除尘系统中分流歧管的结构设计对气流和粉尘分配均匀性的分布规律,利用FLUENT软件对不同几何条件下的分流歧管进行模拟计算。结果表明:歧管支管取长宽比为0.1~4.0七种情况下,当歧管横向支管的长宽比Rab为0.2时,气流体积流量分配比值在0.7578~1.1177之间,相对于其余六种条件均匀性较好;在长宽比为0.2的情况下,取面积比Rs范围在0.1~1.0七种情况,当支管的面积比从0.5~0.2降低时,气流分配曲线逐渐平稳,说明流量分配均匀性随支管面积比的减小而增大,该面积比范围内的几何结构可较均匀的分配含尘气流进入除尘设备,避免风量集中而造成的单个除尘器负荷过大,可使除尘系统发挥综合性能。

Abstract:In order to grasp the distribution law of the uniformity of airflow and dust distribution in the structural design of the split manifold in the dust removal system, the FLUENT software is used to simulate the split manifold under different geometric conditions. The results show that when the aspect ratio of the manifold branch is 0.1~4.0, when the aspect ratio of the lateral branch of the manifold is 0.2, the flow volume flow ratio is between 0.7578 and 1.1177, compared with the other six. The condition uniformity is better. When the aspect ratio is 0.2, the area ratio Rs ranges from 0.1 to 1.0. When the area ratio of the branch pipe decreases from 0.5 to 0.2, the air distribution curve gradually stabilizes, indicating the flow distribution. The uniformity increases with the decrease of the area ratio of the branch pipe. The geometric structure within the area ratio can distribute the dusty airflow into the dust removal device more evenly, avoiding the excessive load of the single dust collector caused by the concentrated air volume, and can make the dust removal system Play a comprehensive performance.
