摘    要:针对青岛地区电镀污泥理化性质不明确的特性,以青岛地区四个典型工业园区产生的电镀污泥为研究对象,系统地比较各电镀污泥含水率、有机质含量、p H、元素组成、晶体组成、重金属全量、重金属浸出毒性、粒径分布等基本性质。结果表明四种电镀污泥中的重金属含量均较高,具备资源化利用的先决条件,并为今后电镀污泥资源化利用提供数据支持。

Abstract:In view of the unclear physical and chemical properties of electroplating sludge in Qingdao area, this paper takes electroplating sludge produced in four typical industrial parks in Qingdao as the research object, systematically compares the basic properties of water content, organic matter content, pH, element composition, crystal composition, total heavy metal content, toxicity of heavy metal leaching, particle size distribution of electroplating sludge, and the results show that four kinds of electroplating sludge have different properties. The heavy metal content in the electroplating sludge is relatively high, which has the precondition of resource utilization, and provides data support for future resource utilization of electroplating sludge.
